AFROJACK

Nick Van De Wall, vero nome di Afrojack, nasce a Spijkenisse, nei Paesi Bassi, nel 1988. Incomincia a suonare il pianoforte all’età di cinque anni, ma presto si appassiona ai campionamenti quando scopre il programma Fruity Loops, che gli permette di creare musica da solo. Incomincia ad esibirsi come Dj in alcuni locali di Amsterdam, trasferendosi poi a Creta, dove suona in vari club per cinque mesi. Ritornato in Olanda, firma per l’etichetta indipendente Digidance realizzando il suo singolo di debutto, "Afrojack: In Your Face". Fonda poi la sua etichetta personale, la Wall Recordings, con cui pubblica "Math" e "Do My

Dance". Collabora con David Guetta per il brano “Toyfriend” dell’album One Love e remixa “Revolver” di Madonna e “Alejandro” di Lady Gaga. Nel 2010 è stato eletto al 19esimo posto della Top 100 DJs edita da DJ Mag ogni anno. Nel 2011 conquista la settima posizione, grazie alla sua famosa produzione "Take Over Control" con Eva Simons.
